FACE BOOK- MAKING IT PAY
We have developed Face Book Apps and adverts to target our ideal patient profile. Last year we tried to make Face Book pay but we couldn’t crack it. Now we are!
PHONE CONVERSION
Concerned about the 25 % phone conversion rate- So yesterday we have Mystery Shopped our MPOD members practice (part of membership fees).
They will receive MP3 recordings, how to improve to 75% (our standard benchmark) a team training video, phone conversion script and a 2 hour training team training session PowerPoint… for principle to train the team.
We will then Mystery shop again every month, until up to 75 % and beyond.
FINALLY…
Spending £810 on marketing a month and pulling out £21,359 is a no brainer! You give me £810 and I’ll give you £21,359. Of course the principle and the team have to be behind it.
We have press adverts, direct mail, and monthly newspaper column that this client hasn’t started leveraging yet.
Once this is the case, I would expect a further 50 % increase in monthly revenue after testing various media.
Also you have to decide which market you are going after and not chase everything with a jaw bone. Either – Prime Of Life Women- or Dental Implants For Female Boomers.
